Recurrence pattern for appointment

I have a major, project meeting that is required for the 10th BUSINESS day
of every month.



I can set the calendar for the 10th day of the month, or the second Friday
of every month. etc.. etc..



Can I edit the drop down option in the "Appointment Recurrence" window under
monthly. The current options allow for the first - fourth and last day. I
want to expand those options to include up to and including the tenth day,
at least for the Weekday selection.



Is it possible, to edit this field? Do I need to to try to nail down a way
to do this with VB?



I tried downloading the "WS:Repeat Appointment" program addin. It has a lot
of options, but nothing that will fix my situation.



Is there any hope...?



Any help would be appreciated...

Hello Kevin, we are currently testing the latest version of WS:RA II. This
version allows you to specify the days of the week that are to be selected
as part of the repeat count for monthly repeat patterns.

Example: if you are work Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur and Fri, select just these
days. Then select the 10th day of the month repeat, and WS:RA II will only
count the selected days in the count. If this is what you require then let
us know and we will provide you with an early evaluation copy to test for
your needs.

Hi Graeme,

I want to know the article number for this add-in.Is that add-in available
in the microsoft website..If yes could u please give me the url.

My user is also facing the same problem with multiple time zones.Please
revert me on the updates.

This is a third party add-in not programmed by Microsoft so you will not
find a KB article. I use it myself and find its recurrence abilities useful
for those odd occasions where an appointment does not have a regular
pattern. I would check their website (see the URL in Graeme's signature)
for updates regularly.
