recurrences - first work day of month

In Outlook, can you set a recurrence for the first work day of the month --
that is, automatically skipping Sat and Sun?

OL2007 allows you to set an appointment to recur on the first weekday of a
month. That might be a new feature in OL2007. Prior to that this tool may
