Recurrent problem - opening Outlook 2007

Each time I open Outlook 2007 in Vista I get a Microsoft notice "A data file
did not close properly the last time it was used and is being checked."

I googled the issue and othere have experienced the same probelm, but no one
had an answer. I recently upgraded to Trend Micro Plus and I closed the
email checking tool but the notice kept occurring.

Any solutions? This is very annoying.
