Recurring Appointment Exceptions

W

Woody

I often setup recurring appointments with "No End Date".
I will then manually delete one of the appointments if it
is not necessary for that particular week/month.
When I finally select an end date, Outlook gives me the
message that my "exceptions" will be ignored and it plugs
back in all the appointments I manually deleted.
Is there any way to avoid this?
Thanks.

Have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment from Websetters at
www.websetters.co.uk. It provides a different way to set-up repeat
appointments that provide you with greater flexibility than the standard
recurrence functions of outlook.
