Recurring Appointment

Using Outlook 2000, I have scheduled an appointment recurring every 4 weeks;
because of the Christmas holiday the date will be changed to the 3rd week
(12/20 instead of 12/27) but reverts to every 4 weeks after that (1/17/06
instead of 1/24). When I look at recurring events I have not found a way to
edit this in Outlook. Is this possible or do I need to delete & start w/a
new recurring appointment?

I was hoping there was an easier way as this scenario is common -- oh
well -- thanks anyway.
