Recurring appointments invisible

Running Exchange 2003 on Server 2003 with Outlook 2003 SP1. We have a few
accounts set up as resources. Some people cannot see some appointments when
opening the resource. The common thread is that the appointments that some
people can't see are all recurring appointments. It appears to be account
related rather than PC related. I can open the resource calendar on my PC
and see all appointments just fine. I can then open other people's e-mail
accounts on my PC and then open the resource calendar and I am unable to see
the recurring appointments. But regular appointments show up fine. Doesn't
matter if it's in online or cached mode. All users have Read access to the
resource calendar.

Can anyone help with this problem???
