Recurring Appointments not showing for invitees

Perkins

I "invited" recipients to a monthly recurring meeting. The initial meeting
shows on their outlook, but the recurring meetings do not. Any suggestions?
I put no end date.

it does not say that it is recurring. They both sync with pdas. One with
palm (probably retrieves on palm) and the other with blackberry, retrieves on
outlook (pc) first.

Are they recurring if they don't sync with the devices? Is it recurring in
your sent folder?

PS - please quote the thread in full so others know what its about.

It reads at the top of the email: "Occurs the third Monday of every 1 month
effective 5/18/2009 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM." To me this would mean that the
recurrance is there. It obviously shows on my outlook calendar. But both
invitees say that only the appt. for 5/18/09 shows on their outlook calendar.
