Problem using MS Outlook on my PC for keeping track of
appointments.
Example:
I have defined a recurring appointment with no end dates,
like a standing weekly meeting. Sometimes one week's
meeting will be cancelled or have a time change. This is
easily handled by doing an "Open this occurrence" and then
edit it. Now a few weeks later there is a permanent
change to the meeting time so I want to stop the
current "series" and create a new one. I think I have
tried all different ways of stopping the current "series"
but have not been able to do that without loosing previous
changes (changes made using "Open this occurrence") and
thereby loosing history.
Is it true that I can't stop a recurring appointment
without losing the mentioned changes?
