Recurring Error Message in Office 2007

Please can someone help. I'm using Office 2007 Basic with Vista operating
system. I frequently get the following error message when I close Office :

"eyeCall error: the add-in has fired an exception OLE error 800Ao1A8"

The error message window will not close and the only way to get rid of it is
to reboot.

What is this error and how do I fix it ?

Do you have an add-in installed called eyeCall? If yes, then use its help files to fix the problem.

Best place to start with this kind of thing is to plug the EXACT text of the
error msg into Google and see what pops up.

In this case, that'll probably lead to something like this:

"It was inded VOIP sotware causing the problem. BT (British telecom)
SoftPhone .."
