Recurring event default to "open this one"

Hello All:

When I open up a recurring event, the default is to "open the series"
I
want the default to be "open this one". I've found no way to do this.
Is this possible?

I wish too. I doubt it, though. I'd use Help | Send Feedback in
Entourage to make this request. You might first ask on the Entourage
newsgroup instead of the general Office one, though, in case one of the
many Entourage users there knows.
