Recurring Event

I was wondering if there was any way to force Outlook to create a recurring
event even if a year from now, there happens to be one instance where it
might conflict with another event? If it helps, I'm trying to reserve a
resource. Thank you.

That's up to the settings on the resource calendar, not something you can control from your end.

Thank you for your quick response. Unfortunately, I was hoping that I could
configure it to prompt you to reschedule those dates which are conflicting,
but unfortunately my only option is a universal change on the resource to
always accept meetings regardless of conflict. I found a third-party Outlook
plugin that may help, and I think I'll try that. Thanks again!

I don't know if it's been discontinued because the link I found was dead,
but I'm sure Google could come up with something.
