Recurring Events do not remind me!

Hi,

I have many yearly reccuring all day events that have
their reminders set at two weeks. The problem is that
Outlook 2003 does not remind me of them two weeks prior.
Non-recurring events and appointment that are set as
reminders work fine? Is this an Outlook 2003 issue or is
something wrong with my computer? How do I fix this?
