I have 3 meeting rooms on production, and I have the following problem.
The configuration of those meeting rooms is:
All users have Autor rights
Recurring meetings are rejected automatically
BUT, when a user want to reserve a room for example for 1 month,
instead of try to make a recurring meeting, they make a reservation
from day 1 to day 30, that means they reserve the meeting room like the
event duration is 30 days X 24 hrs. In this case, outlook do not
reject the reservation because is not exactly a recurring meeting, is
simply a "long event" of 30 days.
Please your ideas of how to solve this issue.
