Hi,
Exchange 2000 SP3 environment.
We have a user leaving the company who is the Meeting Organiser for a
lot of meetings. These recurring meetings involve users and resources
(meeting rooms) which have been booked through Outlook.
Another existing staff member will be taking over this user's role.
Question - what is the best way to proceed to ensure the new staff
member becomes the Meeting Organiser for all these recurring meetings.?
e.g. If I open the leaving user's Calendar, and drag all her
appointment items to the new staff member's Calendar, is this good
enough? Will the new staff member then become the Meeting Organiser for
the recurring meetings?
Please advise, thanks.
