Recurring Mobile sync bug - "a change...on server" - re-synchroniz

several times weekly, I'm getting a message when i start to sync my mobile
phone to my PC's Outlook 2007. the message is about "a change made on the
server" that requires me to re-synchronize -- effectively erasing outlook
data on the phone completely and re-installing it. It doesnt say why this
is happening, nor why i must re-sync. Anyone else having this issue, or just
me? any suggestions on how to make it stop?? thanks.
