I have a recurring meeting that is held the first and third Tuesday of each
month. Then I have another recurring meeting that meets at the same time on
the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. How do I set this up in Outlook
so it accounts for the months in which there are five Tuesdays, such as
November 2005, March 2005, May 2005, etc.?

You may wish to have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment for Outlook at
www.websetters.co.uk. Version II, scheduled for release
next week, will enable you to perform the function you
require.

There is a preview (including screen shots) of WS:RA II at
http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/ but for your information it
includes the following features.

a.. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment I plus
b.. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c. Specify which days of the week will be part of the repeat pattern, you
can schedule an appointment to occur every 5 days but only include Monday,
Wednesday and Friday in the five day count.
d. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
e. Configure up to four time zones so that when an appointment is set, you
can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal for
setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
f. Set different appointment times for some appointments in the Repeat
Group

.....and more

Graeme
