Recurring Projects

We have used a public folder to track client projects in the past and
I am evaluating using BCM. We set up the public tasks as recurring so
that when we complete the project, a new task is created automatically
for the task for the next year. I don't see where it is possible to
do this in the BCM Business Projects - am I wrong? Is it possible to
set up recurring projects?

I don't think it's possible to setup recurring projects but you could add a
project task, linked to that project, that has a reminder to "duplicate this
project in a year". That reminder would popup then.
