Recurring Reminders

Is there a way to set up a recurring reminder in Outlook?
Here's the scenario: An employee has been told by her
doctor to perform exercises each hour at her desk. She'd
like to set up a recurring reminder in Outlook to do so
during her normal business hours. Is there an easy way to
do this in Outlook, or would she need a third-party
utility? I haven't found anything in Outlook that
supports an hourly recurring reminder/task. The smallest
increment seems to be daily.

Thanks!

You can check www.slipstick.com for possible add-ins, but personally I'd
just create an appointment or (more likely) a task item for this, add a
reminder to it, and snooze the reminder every hour. At the end of the day
she could change the reminder and/or task/appointment date to the next day.
