Recurring task jump focus when completed

I just updated to 2007 from 2003. Now, when I check a recurring task
complete, instead of highlighting the next task today, Outlook jumps
days/weeks ahead to whenever the next occurence of the task just completed
is located. Then I have to scroll back up to today and check the next item.
How can I make it go to the next task due today when a recurring task is
completed, like 2003 used to?
