Recurring task on irregular schedule

Wanda

Hi All! Thanks in advance for ALL assistance with this!

I'm using Outlook 2003 Small Business Edition with SP2.

I have a recurring task that I need to set up reminders for myself. The
task is on the 15th of each month and the last day of the month, UNLESS that
day is either a Saturday, Sunday, or USFederal Holiday. For example -
01/15/2007 was a Monday, but it was a federal holiday, so I needed my
reminder on Friday, 01/12/2007.

How can I set this up as a recurring task??

Outlook has no facility for non-regular recurring items. You need a tool
like

Thanks, Brian! Is there a way to set up a task, then, that when you open it
and mark it completed, it asks you when to be reminded the next time?

If this can't be done as a task, can it be done as a calendar item?

Thanks!

I believe of you dismiss the reminder for a recurring task, a new one will
be generated for the next time. It won't be irregular, though. Recurrences
on tasks can't be irregular, either.
