recurring task (the third workday of every month)

I am trying to insert a recurring task with recurrence pattern:
the third workday of every month.
unfortunately I couldn't find it in the recurrence pattern.
could you please help me?

You couldn't find it because it is not an available option for recurring
tasks - at least not for Project 2003 or earlier (I don't know if this
option has been added for Project 2007).

If you are using Project 2003, you can insert tasks that start on the
3rd day of every month and then manually adjust any that do not fall on
the 3rd workday. The only other option is to manually enter the tasks or
use VBA is you need to create a lot of recurring tasks.

In outlook, there is the recurring pattern with "the third workday of every
month". Just wondering why MS Project did not use the same recurring pattern.
