Recurring Tasks for Business Days

I'd like to schedule a recurring task to remind me to take action on a report
the 10th business day of every month. Does Outlook provide this
functionality? Or is there a workaround to accomplish the same goal?

Outlook can accept a wide range of date statements, but it doesn't know how
to calculate business days.
