RECYCLE BIN HELP!!!

Hi....Is there any way of knowing what has been sent to and deleted from the
recycle bin! ???? PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

If you have some 3rd party undelete software, you may see some of what
may be completely deleted but still recoverable.
