Recycle Bin

My recycle bin has started to clear itself automatically with any dleted
files etc disappearing within 15 minutes of being deleted.

I want to stop this and leave the deletion to my discretion.
Any suggestions???

That is not an Outlook option. Could you have an add-in installed that does
it or a corporate Exchange policy?
