Outlook 2003.
Windows XP Professional with all updates.
(.net framework 3.0 fails)
I have spent hours reading posts and trying different settings.
My received HTML emails all have red x placeholders instead of linked content.
Changing security settings makes no difference.
"Don't download pictures or content automatically in HTML e-mail" is unticked
The senders have been added to my Safe Senders list
Word is not the email editor.
There is no info bar for me to click to download the images / linked content
There is no option to show picture in a right click.
Safe mode for Outlook is no different.
The emails display fine in Yahoo mail.
