Red Cross instead of jpg image

[Puzzled 77]

I am using Outlook 2003, running on Windows 2000 Professional. Often I
receive emails that have jpg files as part of a signature, or within the body
of the email (not as an attachment).

Instead of receiving the image I just get a red cross in a small white box -
do I need to change a setting to allow the image to be left in the email as
designed?

Hi there

Sounds like you need to clear out the OLK* folder under Temporary Internet
Files.

Unfortunatley it's a bit of a pain because Windows Explorer tries to hide it
from you - see
