in message When you say "in the header" are you really talking about the entry
in your message list? (Not the actual message header you see when
you open the message, right)? If so, an automatic formatting rule
is doing this. Right click the column header and select Custom,
then click the Automatic Formatting button -- see what criteria a
message needs to have in order for the message information to show
up in red on the message list.
