Red links when using Word as editor

In our signature file there is link to our homepage. When we open a new
e-mail the link is blue but when the e-mail is sent the link got red like it
is visited.

Does anyone know how to change that. We want the link to stay blue.

is it blue when someone who has never visited your site gets the message?
The links in email use the same settings as your browser and if you've ever
visited your own site, they will be marked as visited.

I have tried with different homepages and some are blue also sites I have
visited. If I use Outlook as editor all the link is blue.
