Red mark and blue mark in timesheet hrs

Hi

For some of the task hrs in timesheet, the hrs shows red and for some the
hrs shows blue color.

I understood that for approved ones the hrs shows black color. But, what it
indicates when the task hrs shows red and blue color.

Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.
