Red Shadow when printing

when I print my flow chart I'm getting red shadows around some shapes. It
doesn't show in print preview. How do I stop the shadows from printing

Thats typically one of two things.
1) your printer needs to be cleaned and calibrated.
2) you could possibly have a driver/ICM problem.

i'd work at the first one :)
i really doubt its a visio issue
