Red X images in Outlook Sent Folder using Word editor

Every hear of this?

Securtiy settings at lowest but still get the red X for images pasted in to
an email. Using Word and HTML in Outlook email setting. Images are there for
Rich Text setting but don't all the Word features like tables, drawings,
grammar, spell etc.

Any help most appreciated.
