Red X in Box

A user has a Outlook 2003 SP2 install. Any .jpg and .bmp copied into the
email cannot be viewed when he receives them. No one else is having the same
problem The images are replaced with a red X in a box. I've reinstalled the
office install and ran the Offcln.exe. I'm frustrated and desparate for some
assistance. Any other great ideas?

This happens when the image is not where Outlook expects it. Or when the
image is where it is expected but permissions are such that access is
denied. Depending on the user's operating system you need to make sure all
folders under C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME% are accessible have Read
and Write permissions.
