I have one user who is having a problem displaying embedded images within an
Email message. The images are displaying as a red X placeholder. If I right
click on the red X, copy and paste it into Word, the image DOES show up in
Word. The image IS coming with the message but just not being displayed in
the message.
Also, when I right click on the image, I only have a few options but telling
out to "download and display the images" is not one of them.
We have tried changing the Email format from Rich to HTML text. Have looked
at Security in Outlook - the "Change Automatic Download Settings" option and
made changes there with no effect.
WE have also looked at clearing out the Outlook Cache from the OLK directory
in Temporary Internet Files. BUT we CAN'T find the OLK folder under the
Temporary Internet Files folder.
I am certainly open to suggestions.
Thank you.
