Red X

One of my users is having a problem with Word. Instead of
diplaying a graphic, she gets a red X in a box instead.
This same document will display on other user's machines,
but not hers, so I don't think there is a corruption in
the document or the graphics. She is using Word 2000, but
other users are using that same version, and others are
using XP. She had a little under a gig of hard drive
space available on her computer and 128 megs of ram.

She does keep multiple programs open all the time with
many things on her desktop and taskbar, and is one of my
problem users who contiues to use animated cursors and
animated things on her desktop, which I suspect may be a
contributing factor if the problem ends up being a
memory/resource issue .

Can someone enlighten me to what the problem may be and
how to fix it.
