Red/yellow/green dot graphics for status indicator doesn't roll-up

I have created dots for status indicators in the MSP 2003 custom Number1
field using the function IIf([% Work Complete]=100,"1",IIf([Finish]<[Current
Date],"2","3")) This works fine for all the subtasks and mirrors the MSP
"Status Indicator" field but it doesn't roll-up to the parent task. The MSP
"Status Indicator" field does roll-up nicely and I would like to mirror that
performance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi..In the Window, where you define the formel , there is acheckbox.
I have the german-version, so you shou have something like this: "Use the
formal for the parent tasks"
I hope this helps..

Hi Mat,

I tried every variation of that but it doesnt work. It appears that the
formula that is used for the subtasks doesn't apply for the rollup since the
rollup should respond only "2" or "3" e.g. Red or Green.

Still no joy. And I just noticed that when I change the dates on my tasks
such that the rolled-up status should change on the parent task it does not
do it even on the MSP "Status Indicator" field. So, it appears that MSP has a
'bug' as well.
