Redemption Failed Error with Skype Plugin for Outlook

I am running Office Outlook 2007.
I installed the Skype Toolbar for Outlook.
I am getting the following Error when I start Outlook.
"Redemption Failed. You are not authorized to use this object. Set Authkey
Property First"
The Skype Toolbar says "One or more of the components is corrupted or
Removed. Press the button to uninstall Skype Toolbar for Oulook"

Any suggestions?
