Hi. My server host redirected a web page to make it appear to have it's own
url. ( example: "www.my_site.com/redirected_page.htm" was directed to
"www.redirected_page.com" ) I have listed it in the search engines as
"www.redirected_page.com" and I used a meta tag analyzer on a site to see if
everything is optimal. The link that was directed doesn't show as having a
meta tag at all, or a title or anything, just the 'real' page queries
correctly. So I built a meta tag and inserted it in the page. Same thing.
Does anyone know how to make the search bots associate the meta tag to
the redirected page?
Confused? Me, too, and I wrote this. If anyone can help please email
me at (e-mail address removed) Thanks!
