Redirect if no frames support

Is there any way I can automatically redirect a user to a differant page if
the browser does not support frames?

You hit the nail on the head.
I am talking about a site that can be accessed from both a normal browser or
from a Plam Pilot. The Palm Pilot browser does not have frames support.

Do you know for sure that you have clients that aren't using Frames
compatible browsers? Or are you worried about alternative browsers such as
those for phones or PDAs?

With a regular comptuer-based browser, you're pretty much guaranteed to have
Frames support.
