Redirect Incoming mail to Invite/Item Creator possible?

Here's the context: my team uses the calendar on a shared Outlook profile
called "planning" for planning team events. We all otherwise are signed in on
our respective personal Outlook profiles. We want to know how to redirect
responses to calendar invites from the shared "planning" calendar to the
person who created and originally sent out the invite. This will help us keep
track of items rather than having to remember to sign in and out of our
Outlook profiles.
