I have two issues. I have created a rule to redirect an email to an external
address. It seems to work, but the format of the message is changed. The
redirected email is sent with two extra lines as if it's being forwarded
rather than redirected. I thought redirect was supposed to send the email
exactly like it existed in the original email message. What could cause
this? Is there a way around this other than sending the message as an
attachment?
When I try to use the "Run Rules Now" option on the rule I created, I
receive the following message: The redirect action is currently not
supported with Run Rules Now. Is there some setting on the server that
results in the above message? I am running Outlook 2003. I am a new Outlook
user and have spent many hours searching for an anwer to thse questions. Any
insight would be greatly appreciated.
