Hi!
I remember we had a discussion on the public boards in 1999 or 2000 about
the Outlook function "yet-to-be-seen" REDIRECT.
Back then, MS answer to it was "it's too much trouble".
This function is implemented in email clients like Eudora since version 3 or
so.
I'm not too tecchie about email... but why would an awesome software like
Outlook be deprived of that function?
I have tried some 3rd party applications to do it. I now use Redirect for
Outlook from MapiLab. It's great but sometimes crashes my Outlook. I know the
guys are working hard on it. Another thing that bugs me is that the recipient
to which you are redirecting the mail has to use Redirect for OL too to get
the message correctly.
Are there any plans to implement this function yet? And if not, is it the
"too much trouble" that still applies?
Thanks!
Joel
