Redirecting emails from an Exchange account?

My university has put all of us on a MS Exchange server and thus obligates us to use Entourage. The only way I can see my email directly on my iPhone is via Outlook Web Access, which is not great on an iPhone. I have taken to forwarding certain email messages from my Exchange account to my gmail account. I wish I could use redirect. It's available as a rules option for POP accounts but not for Exchange accounts. Any work around? I am using Entourage 2004, but will soon have Entourage 2008. Thanks.

Welllllllll ideally, it shoudl be enabled on the server.
Without this possibility, you can easily set a rule to forward your
e-mails to another account, but it will then require to have Entourage
running all the time.

Thanks for the reply. Forwarding works fine, but the email is from me. I was hoping to redirect so that I can reply to the original sender. By forwarding, it goes back to me instead.
