Redirecting HTTP Requests to SSL Requests

I am trying to configure the automatic redirection of HTTP requests to SSL
requests for OWA. I have followed the instructions given at the end of

http://www.msexchange.org/pages/article_p.asp?id=662

but get a 403 'You are not authorised to view this page' message

I am trying to configure this in a front end back end configuration of
Exchange 2003 sp1 on Windows 2003 sp1 configuration.

Connecting directly using https works successfully so it is only the
redirection that is failing.

Can anyone please provide assistance?
