Redirecting Rule from Outlook does not copies Cc email Ids

Hi

I am having Redirect Rule created on Outlook 2007, to redirect
incoming emails to some other email id.
However If my original email is having Cc address in it, all such
email ids does not show up on emails which gets redirected. When
redirectee gets email it contains only To address and not Cc address.

What is reason for this behavior?
