Redistribute / Deploy

I am having a hard time, deploying my application (in VB.NET) that uses
Project Assemblies, when my clients do not have MS Poejct 2003 installed and
they cannot install Project 2003.

Which all dlls are needed to be redistributed to the clients?
Can I redistribute those DLLs?
I see one PIA package that has all the related assemblies, but I think it
will require MS OFFICE 2003 to be installed on clients (Which is not possible
for me).

Please guide me how to redistribute my application that uses Project 2003
assemblies.

I think you can distribute the PIA freely, but the Project dlls require a
Project license. Check with Microsoft.
