Reduce File Size of Notes sent by Email

I want to be able to create a meeting agenda in OneNote and then print my
handouts to OneNote and use them as subpages so that my team can have a
paperless meeting. This was easy to do but resulted in a 20MB file size for
the email which exceeds our 5MB server limit so I couldn't send it. I could
turn around and put everthing in PDF for less than a MB but we couldn't ink
it easily. Any ways to reduce the file size easily on my end?

Curious if you ever got a response?
I'm in a similar situation. I have a team putting together several large
files to PDF and then emailing me so I can take to a meeting and add
notes/comments. The file they email me is about a 5MB PDF. I'm converting
it to TIF (by printing it to the Document Image Writer) and inserting it into
OneNote. When I add my comments and try to email out of OneNote....when they
print my file it's like a 25MB file spooled on the printer!

It kinda makes more sense to just keep it in PDF and redline that...although
I'd like to have it in one place - OneNote. (...anyone have suggestions?)
