Reduce image size with text

Hi
I have a set of protocols for an ambulance service. The protocols are
currently 8.5 x 11. We want to shrink the size down to about 40%. The problem
is that the text doesn't shrink along with the box's and other shapes.
We also need to get the new image centered on the page.

Probably the easiest way to change text size is with the Format Text
toolbar. Go to View > Toolbars to show it. Then select all the shapes in
your drawing and choose the Decrease Size button.
