Reduce number of fonts in WORD

Like to have information on how to reduce the number of fonts in WORD
(or Office).
Presently I have about over 80 and using less than 10.....and all of
the fonts has been installed automatically.
I have version 10.3 of MacOS.

read up on font book and grab the technology brief.

After reading it, take a Kleenex and weep for all the features missing
in Word. The new Word better have unicode or I'm calling for air
support onto the MacBU!
