Reduce or Minimize Excel files using PivotTables! Help Please!

Hello All,

I have large size Excel files that contain pivot tables
and the data. I was wondering if someone can give me some
tips on how to reduce the file size. This is for
distribute the results only. As long as the pivot table
still exist and users can filter the data with the pivot
table. Thank you in advance!
