Reduce overall size of a Visio drawing to add to a web template

Hi,

I've used Visio for a few years, but v. infrequently. Can anyone describe to
me how to reduce the size of a visio drawing so I can fit it into a web page?

I drew a basic flow chart and want to reduce it diagonally to retain its
shape but make it smaller.

How, how, how? Searched MS help, googled for an hour.

Thanks for your help.
